The interpretation
is the value.
We are an independent FM advisory practice specialising in NHS Estates and GCC master communities. Every engagement is grounded in published benchmarks — ERIC, AFC, RICS, HTM — and delivered with full methodology statements at fixed fees.
Methodology & Explainability
We publish our methodology sources — ERIC, AFC, RICS, BICSc — so every recommendation is traceable to a published dataset. What we protect is the calibration: the parametric coefficients and field-derived adjustments built from real engagements.
Parametric baseline
VeritasEdge™ generates a data-driven baseline from published benchmarks — ERIC 2023/24, AFC 2025/26, BICSc NatSoC 2025 — calibrated by facility type, region, and operational parameters. This is the starting point, not the conclusion.
Field verification
On-site task time surveys, asset register reconciliation, ESR cross-check, and AP register audit close the gap between modelled and actual establishment. The parametric model tells us where to look; field data tells us what we find.
Source-cited output
Every deliverable names its data sources. Methodology statements are provided as standard — not on request. PAM assessors, NHS boards, and GCC developer boards receive reports they can interrogate, not black-box conclusions.
Fixed-fee delivery
Every scope is priced as a fixed deliverable before work begins. Smaller trusts and community managers get the same quality of output as large acute providers. No day-rate surprises.
Downloadable methodology
The following documents set out our calibration approach and data sources in full — suitable for procurement evaluation, PAM evidence packs, or governance board review.

NHS buyers cannot always contract outside procurement frameworks. Here is our current route-to-market position and the channels through which we can be engaged compliantly.
Direct Engagement
NHS trusts can engage consultants directly below the Public Contracts Regulations threshold (currently £213,477 for services). All four of our standard NHS services fall within this threshold. A direct scope of work and purchase order is sufficient.
NHS SBS Framework
We are pursuing registration on the NHS Shared Business Services Consultancy & Advisory framework (next procurement round). Until listed, trusts may use the direct award route or engage us as a sub-contractor to a listed prime.
G-Cloud 14 (CCS)
VeritasEdge™ NHS Module is being prepared for G-Cloud Lot 2 (Cloud Software) listing — target Q1 2027. This will enable NHS trusts to procure the platform directly from the Digital Marketplace without a formal tender process.
For FM contractors: White-label licensing of VeritasEdge™ for NHS TFM bid preparation is available as a direct commercial agreement — no procurement framework required. Contact us to discuss a pilot engagement.
